Moodle jobs

We currently use the Moodle Folder activity to share files with others in the organization. It's user friendly and most features work well. However, there is no option to preview files. It's a force download. I'm looking for someone to modify the Folder Activity to include an option to preview documents  

I'm also open to any other plugin that can be used to share documents.  We just need the ability to assign specific users to specific folders and limit the users that can add, remove, or change documents.
