Job offered: How much it will cost to developed a plugin for Atto and TinyMCE?

Hi guys

I was wondering how much something like this will cost to develop.

Idea:

The plugin will display a popout with input field which is acting as a search inside Apple API. When submitted it will show a list of apps, once the app is selected an embed code should be inserted inside the editor content. Also a caching of the API calls must be implemented.
