Moodle jobs

I have an existing website (www.CRNAToday.com) utilizing Moodle on the backend.  

We are in need of an update to improve....

1)"visual experience" of the user

2)navigational flow of our Moodle

3)"course completion" process:ie. test score >80% and completion of questionnaire results in course completion. Standardize it across all of our current courses.

4)Articulate videos to open immediately.  Help getting our Articulate videos to open with 1 click. currently it takes up to 3 clicks to open a video.

5)item analysis of individual test questions. We have specific requirements to report how our test questions are performing.

Because we are an existing site with current users….ALL of this work needs to be completed as a “Plugin”
