We are looking for a developer to help design and build a self assessment tool for students using the Assignment module.  

We would like to have a new Assignment Submission Type where it allows a student to fill out a Rubric (possibly just use the ones you create for grading assignments) and the rubric and score is what gets submitted to the teacher.

This tool would allow the student to use a rubric that the teacher provides and click on each item to generate a score.  The student cannot see any other student evaluation.

In short, the assignment is to fill out a rubric to do a self-assessment which generates a score.  A student can complete the rubric to do a self assessment of how they feel they meet the rubric criteria.  A teacher can complete the rubric and provide a read only assessment of the student on how they view the student as meeting the criteria of the rubric.

Ideally this would be accomplished through a simple Assignment Submission type and/or an Assignment Feedback Type plugin.  We don't necessarily want to create an entirely new plugin.
