The role

We are looking for a Customer Support Officer to join our team. Join our cohesive and supportive team of people who know how to work and play hard. Our office is based in Melbourne, however we will consider interstate applications.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate and deliver first-level support, training materials and sessions for eCreators portfolio of products

  • Continuing to build eCreators training and onboarding resources 

  • Participate in Edtech Learning Labs

  • Play an active role in the escalation of customer issues

  • Participate in pre-sales activities

  • Perform system testing and updates after completion of troubleshooting and necessary repairs

Requirements

  • Experience in support and customer service

  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communications skills

  • Excellent soft skills and emotional intelligence

  • Relevant experience as a support analyst 

  • Moodle experience

  • Experience with support ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, JIRA Service Desk)

  • Excellent problem solving, attention to detail, time management and communication skills

  • Initiative driven and willingness to work in a team

  • Current police clearance
