Job offered: moodle worker

Got moodle intalled on my server, need someone just to configurate the site upon this usage.

Create admin account (for me so I can add/edit quiz) and add teachers role users.

Create teachers role that can add new studient and follow the Quiz result they have done (only view the users that they have created)

Students roles (can see the Quiz they have done and their own result ) can take quizz aswell.

 

The idea is that I whant to make quiz for test driving school, and I need that every driving school has one user acount (role teacher) acces (that I would create) so they can add users so they can follow the users they create and the Quiz results they been doing.

 

Please tell my if this is possible with moodle and how much will cost.
