2)      Moodle Customizations including developing plugin/blocks Modules.

3)      Knowledge of integrating Moodle with flash.

4)      Moodle Custom Themes design and installation.

5)      Conceptualizing the Requirements.

6)      Application Design and Coding.

7)      Ability to handle projects independently.

8) Exploring new technologies
