We are a new online training company, located Nr Manchester UK. Having had a bad experiance with our web designing team. We desperately need a freelance moodle designer to finish our theme, which we hold the copyright on. We have a screenshot in a PDF format, and we know what we are looking for. Basically the hard work is done, and we just need someone to complete the themes and make them interactive.
