Salary Range: PS18S: $39,345.00 - $47,086.00 - $55,696.00
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or related discipline. Demonstrated experience working with Moodle. Experience migrating content from ANGEL to Moodle preferred. Demonstrated experience supporting technologies to enhance learning, preferably for higher education. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills necessary to thrive in a customer service-oriented environment. At the employer's discretion, additional related training and experience may be substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports faculty, students and staff in their use of the full range of educational technologies and services provided by the School of Health Related Professions' Office of Information and Instructional Technology, including direct support; creating support materials; developing and supporting web-based courses and websites; documenting procedures.
