Job offered: PHP PROGRAMMER

I am looking for a PHP programmer to help me to develop a program for an education system using moodle model . This project primarily will be develop as an education portal for British Education System or Commonwealth Countries such as Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. 

The project will be moodle like whereby there will be a distinctive category for each level of students and incorporation of behavioural analysis to assist the parents to analyze the child weakness using proven methods.
