Moodle jobs

Dear Moodle developers,

We’re trying to extend our Moodle installation to collect some additional information from users when they submit an assignment. We’d  like them to be able to use a form field to select the topic of the work they are submitting from a set of options that will remain constant.

All the plugin/mod needs to do is collect these values and write the contents of the fields to a database table containing the data and the assignment and submission ID  – our backend admin system will do the rest.

I’d greatly appreciate receiving competitive quotes by next Tuesday, the 28^th of February.

Below are some screenshots (click to enlarge) to give you an idea of what we’d like in this modification. We’d like the code to adhere to the Moodle standards and to cause as few problems as possible when we upload our Moodle installation.
