Job Description - Moodle Question Export Plugin
We need a developer to create a Moodle question export plugin for Moodle 2.2.x
This plugin will export multiple choice and true/false questions from Moodle 2.2.x to an Excel or CSV spreadsheet file.
The specifications for the Moodle questions export plugin are:
1. Questions and answers should be exported to specific columns in the spreadsheet file.
2. Only questions with no images or an image in the question text area should be exported.
3. Questions with images in the responses/answers should not be exported.
4. The plugin should meet Moodle developer requirements and work with Moodle 2.2.x
Testing and Development
The developer should have access to a Moodle development/testing installation, which can be downloaded for free from Moodle.org. We will provide a sample question bank in Moodle XML format, as well as a sample CSV spreadsheet file that shows how the exported data should be formatted.
Contractor Requirements
I'm looking for a contractor with the following skills:
1. Experience developing plugins for Moodle or data export scripts
2. Familiarity with data parsing, PHP, mysql, and the Moodle LMS structure
3. Knowledge of how to export data from multiple mysql tables to specific columns in a spreadsheet file.
