Job offered: Install Moodle on CrazyDomains.com.au server

I need Moodle installed onto my domain/webhoster (CrazyDomains.com.au). The account was activated today, Moodle has been uploaded and It looks like an easy job but after 2 hours trying I can not get the installation page to turn up - it may be just the pointing, who knows. If somebody - student etc is willing to set this up I would be more than willing to pay.
