Job offered: JUNIOR DEVELOPER / HELPDESK TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a motivated and pro-active team player with excellent communication and customer relations skills to join our technical team located in Perth, Western Australia.

Salary is negotiable depending on your experience and potential. You must have permanent residency status/be eligible to reside/work in Australia on a permanent basis and live in Perth already (no relocation and/or sponsorship assistance provided).

You will provide an effective help desk support service ranging from analysing and prioritising help desk enquiries, including assignment to respective departments and some basic PHP-based tasks including fixing reported bugs.

Responsibilities:
* Undertake help desk email and phone enquiries
* Provide user phone support
* Investigate and resolve bugs
* Escalate issues when appropriate
* Manage SLA/Support Triage
* Review peer code / unit testing
* Technical/Junior Developer tasks

Essential Skills:
* Experience working in an ICT helpdesk / technical environment
* Strong communication and customer relations skills
* Demonstrated initiative and analysis skills
* Ability to operate with minimal supervision
* Self-directed team player who can prioritise and meet deadlines
* Basic PHP skills (desirable)

You must be eligible to reside and work in Australia on a permanent basis and currently reside in Perth (no relocation and/or sponsorship assistance provided).  For non-resident applicants - you must also provide proof that you are eligible to live and work in Australia (copy of visa etc.)
