Job offered: Web Developer (PHP) & Network Administrator

Type: Full-time
Location: Remote - Telecommute from U.S.

Come join our team and wake up excited to come to work!

You'll be joining a small but rapidly growing educational non-profit organization.

Have you ever taken an online course?  More and more people have taken or will take online courses in their lifetimes.

Quality Matters recognizes that all online courses are not created equal.  That's where we come in.

We are a research organization that serves those that develop and deliver online learning: higher education institutions, K-12 school districts, and educational publishers for starters. At the heart of Quality Matters is a peer review process for the evaluation of courses against best practice design standards.  Quality Matters also offers continual professional development opportunities for course developers.

You will contribute in a pivotal way to the growth of the organization as we develop tools to assist institutions and organizations implement the Quality Matters program. We have dabbled in Drupal and are now ready to take our Drupal sites to the next level, while integrating with other
enterprise applications such as Moodle and Alfresco.

You will be joining QM at an exciting time for the organization as well as the tools you will build and maintain. We don't write in stone here and we don't hinder your creativity or freedom to design. We do develop at a fast pace - not because of unrealistic deadlines or pressures, but
because we're passionate.

You'll get to work from home (we all do) but if you live in commuting distance of Annapolis, Maryland, you will get to see our smiling faces weekly at our half day, in-person staff meetings. But you won't be alone. We use Skype and love to work together every day.

Ready to jump? (You won't regret it.)  Check out the full job description below and apply today. We're small and this opportunity won't be around long as we need you NOW!
