Hi! My company, SaniGLAZE International, needs to hire an instructional designer/Moodle guru to assist us with as much of the following as possible: Training in eLearning content management Organizing files in a logical and convenient way to facilitate easy location. Organizing and storing files, particularly heavy SCORM or media files, in a manner and location that is smart and cost effective in terms of storage capacity. Learning best practices for saving and storing media for easy reuse in future projects. Training in media processing Learning how to adjust software settings in order to render/process audio and video files in a way that creates the most appealing media yet is the least amount of bytes possible. Learning which media file formats are best or most functional/accessible in Moodle. Assistance in Moodle upgrade Helping design new site architecture that utilizes individual courses and correctly routes our user groups to their specific courses, while maintaining invisibility between the different user group and their courses. Helping to transfer and upload Moodle 1.9 course files to a 2.2 environment using the new Moodle file repository. Assisting in automating as many EDU admin functions as possible.
