Who We Are

Learn It Anytime is a small, e-Learning provider. We have been running for about a year. Check us out at www.LearnItAnytime.com This document is designed to clarify what we are looking for. Please do not hesitate to contact me for clarification. I am very willing to work closely with you to find a solution.

Goals

Our basic goal is to be able to answer “Yes” when potential corporate clients ask us:

“Will we be able to log in and see who is using the system and what they have watched?”

  • We are envisioning a web page where users and corporate supervisors can see what videos users have watched (learning modules completed), and quiz results. The page could be linked from the “My Account” page.

  • We would like the user experience / look/feel of Learn It Anytime to remain (generally) the same. It is okay if the Moodle area looks different at first, though. We can skin later. Please feel free to watch a video or two.

  • We would also like to eventually be able to record quiz scores, created with Adobe Captivate.

  • We understand that even though Moodle is open source, there are costs associated with development. However, Most of the LMS system integration bids we have received are in the 20K range, which is out of our spending budget. We would be interested in learning about less expensive options.

Our Environment

  • Learn iT Anytime is based in Wordpress.

  • The plug-in that controls the user member gateway is called WishList

  • The shopping cart software is called PremiumWebCart

  • Wishlist Member registration is automatically created when users initially register with PremiumWebCart. You may want to talk to our site dev to see how moodle registration can also be integrated.

  • Videos are produced with Adobe Captivate 6 and can be SCORM compliant.

  • We are currently hosting the site at 1and1.com for the WordPress. The videos at hostgator.com. We are not opposed to changing hosts. In fact, we were going to move the whole site from 1and1 in the near future. As cost is a factor, and hosting is a major part of cost, we would love your opinion on this.
