The Pediatrics department @ LA BioMed is seeking a qualified Web Content Project Coordinator with strong interpersonal, project management, and computer skills to create and maintain web site and social medial content that effectively promotes the programs, services, and mission of Harbor UCLA Pediatrics to residency program applicants, patients, and the local child health advocate community.
- Create and maintain editorial content/programming calendar
- Work independently and collaboratively with departmental faculty and staff to develop web content, including original news stories, new faculty biographies, event and conference announcements, videos, podcasts, interviews, photos, and other event coverage
- Work independently and collaboratively with departmental faculty to develop original educational content for use on eLearning platforms
- Develop and promote social medial presence
- Maintain consistent look and feel for all web properties, social media profiles, and digital/print assets
- Provide creative input in the site's appearance, content, usability, and features/functions
- Maintain HarborPeds brand identity
- Systems administration for Drupal portal and Moodle eLearning sites, including periodic software upgrades, user management, website security, application periodic software upgrades, user management, website security, application development, website maintenance, and backup
- Digital asset management
- Produce reports, quarterly or on request, of website traffic, new users, security breaches, and major site changes
