Job offered: PayPal subscription enrolment

We need a developer to create an enrolment plugin that supports PayPal subscription.

This means we want the students to pay a subscription fee each month. Students will have access the the enrolled course for as long as they pay the subscription fee every month (should be automatically paid using PayPal).

If a payment fails, student should receive a notification about it. The plugin should try again and again each day for up to a week and then unenrol the srudent.
