CL Consortium Ltd provide eLearning services into the private and charity sectors using an enhanced Moodle platform

We have a vacancy for one full time Customer Care Administrator, based at our offices in Woodchester, Stroud. Our ideal candidate would be someone who is determined to resolve issues, support our customers on an individual basis and someone who takes ownership and responsibility for their tasks. Whilst some knowledge or experience of Moodle would be advantageous, it is not essential as training will be provided. 

This role is for someone who likes dealing with people and technology. As two of the core components of our business, it is essential that the candidate have experience in providing excellent customer service as well as acute problem solving abilities.

Hours:                          Full Time          

                                    9am – 5pm Monday – Friday

 

Location:                      Vine House, Selsley Road, North Woodchester, Stroud, Glos. GL5 5NN

 

Salary:                         Dependent upon experience

Basic role overview

  •  Providing technical support at tier 1 level to resolve issues with system setup.
  • Liaising with customers to identify issues and provide advice/training.
  • Logging customer issues in the Helpdesk System and ensuring a timely resolution.
  • Assisting end users to use the eLearning system and help engage learners.
  • Creating reports using data based on client needs.
  • Testing of learning content to identify problems and liaise with content providers to resolve issues.
  • Deploying new learning content to customer sites.
  • Following a build process to create new learning spaces for customers.
  • Creating system documentation/user guides.
  • Supporting internal staff in use of the eLearning sites.
