I started using certificates for Lessons, is there a way to delete certificates? I've had students click on a certificate that displayed the lesson grade incorrectly. I'm thinking of something like the teacher ability to delete quiz attempts.

Sorry, the only way to delete issued certificates is directly from the certificate_issues table in the db.
Are there any ramifications from deleting the records in the db? I also have a certificate that was not properly locked down to a score and one person has exploited that. I would like to remove the certificate but am afraid I'll screw up some indexing somewhere.
