I have noticed that I am unable to view the past attempts in many quizzes (the quiz says there are x no. of attempts but when that link is clicked no attempts are displayed) and feel it could be related to the following email that my moodle installation is sending to me occasionally in past few days:
Insert into log table failed at Monday 14th of April 2008 06:14:15 AM. It is possible that your disk is full.
I have no reason to believe that it is a disk space problem. I came across the discussion mentioned at the top and checked the table mdl_question_sessions. The screenshot is attached. Please suggest what should be done.
Background: Before 1.9, 1.7 was in use and was running fine and the upgrade to 1.9 was smooth. These error emails were never sent when 1.7 was in use .
Attemptid = 0 there is definitely wrong.
Have you tried turning on debugging (Admin -> Server) to see if any error messages are being produces as quizzes are attempted?
