Hi alls here is the french file for questionnaire module, soon comming the other french files (mod.html, filelib.php, ...).
You just need to put questionnaire.php in lang/fr/
for the popup html files drop them in:
mod\questionnaire\lang\fr\help\questionnaire/

But i suppose your using Moodle <= 1.5.x ?
Because, on my 1.6.3, i have to put your files in a directory called "fr_utf8", and not "fr" (good for <1.5.x i suppose).
And then, i have the problem that your files aren't UTF8
But, after converting them to UTF8, everything is OK
Perhaps an information that can help people : the questionnaire.php file as to go to the mod\questionnaire\lang\fr_utf8\ (or fr if <1.6) directory

that's right I forget to mention that I use moodle 1.5.3 and 1.5.4, no 1.6 yet.

Yes it's just a quick translation, that could be a first step to work with questionnaire, so you could find few typing mistake.
I'll try to translate the other english words in hard coded files.
