I can´t solve a problem.
$$10^7=\underbrace{10 \cdot 10 \cdot 10 \cdot 10 \cdot 10 \cdot 10 \cdot 10}_{7- \mbox{\scriptsize times}}$$
The undebrace goes only over 3, shout be over seven places?
Any suggestion for me?

You're using an older version of mimetex. The current version solves that problem...
Your LaTeX expression syntax is fine exactly as you wrote it. Please visit http://www.forkosh.com/mimetex.html and download the current version of mimetex.

Thank you very much for your quick answer. We have run the last tex files, but it didn´t solve the problem. The files on server have the correct rights (chmod), i don´t know why this one did not work?
The others works fine, but not this one! I´ve tried jsmath filter, there it works.

I really don't know anything about installing moodle filters. But if your old version of mimetex installed and ran, then the current version should do likewise. Note that your \underbrace problem was first mentioned in http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=30166&parent=141570 by another moodle user. As you can see, he had no problems installing the same fix I gave you. If you've come across some new moodle installation problem, then somebody else (who actually knows about these problems) will have to help. Or, if jsmath is working for you, I'm sure you'll be happy with that, too.
