Inussual, students user name changes while they are in virtual class

Hello everybody:

                        I will thanks a lot anybody who could give me tips to resolve a problem that is causing a lot of trouble in my faculty. The fact is that the student logs in with his/her user name and password, and after a while the system recognizes as other student; e.g. :

Peter logs in with user name peterm and password xxxx and after a while for the system he is paulm, i.e. he may submit an exam with a wrong name.

Other problem is that the student could be recognized for the system as the system manager, this is also a very bad problem.
