Can't get Moodle to install when using this link:

Program can't find Moodle. Any ideas?
That is something from Microsoft. You should contact them.

Did you install the Microsoft Web Platform Installer as required? What do you mean with "can't find Moodle"?
Anyway, maybe you could try and use this package instead:
