Eloy, thanks for suggesting that SQL statement using the quiz_question_grades table. I wasn't sure whether an entry in that table was created for all questions or only for those whose grade is not equal to the default but it would certainly be a good idea to make sure there always is an entry and I also like Martin's idea of extending this table to hold the order of questions. In fact Julian also presented this idea a while ago.

I'm pretty sure that, for each question in a quiz, its quiz_question_grades exists! Anyway, doing some tests I've discovered (if I'm not wrong), that such records are NEVER deleted when the question is deleted from the quiz.
Is this intentional or should it be a bug?
And, can a question be deleted from a quiz if there are any attempts done? No I think. Another bug?
