Heard great things about this development - an Employee Performance Support System (EPSS) variantof Moodle. It's being championed by Kineo after the orginal development that was funded by the New Zealand Tertiary Education Commission (a government body) and the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand and Catalyst IT.
Looking forward to being able to see these features in Moodle. It could be a powerful addition to the Moodle stable. ANyone else interested?

We use moodle for delivering degree training for professional development and this could be something that would interest us. We are not very technically competent so we work with an absolutely plain installation of Moodle.
Just to let folks know, we have a set of add-ons for Moodle designed to extend Moodle's functionality for corporate training, professional development, certification and certification management, compliance training and mangement, etc. Called ELIS, this system is in use now by many in the corporate and professional development world*, and we have training, setup, and support programs for it, either on our hosted platform or on an appliance at your own site.
Another benefit is that as a Moodle Partner, revenue from our services goes back to support Moodle core development.

Myself, having moved to the corporate world from academia and academic usage of Moodle (although we also did compliance training with Moodle at Cal State way back in 2005 ), it's exciting to see Moodle's flexibility and extensibility enabling us to extend Moodle usage into the corporate training and professional development space.
*There is also an ELIS component that enables tracking of student achievement against state standards for K12.

Does anyone know if it can track a single Trainee (student) global activities and list the “On the Job Trainer” who trained them and print a report in that format?
