Have just upgraded form 1.9.+ to 2.0 everything went well except the blocks on the left side(theme: formal white) drfifts to the right about 5cm. The home page is fine and the course page. Not so lesson pages or theme settings etc.
Alsi I'm not able to change themes - the theme setting brings up a page asking to clear cache and returns the same page ...clear cache.

Using Moodle 2.0 (Build: 20101201) and the Formal white theme I am not seeing any of the display problems mentioned in the original post. Everything is normal in both MSIE 8 and Firefox 3.6.12.

I've seen the same behaviour after upgrading Moodle a week or so ago.
When trying to change Course Theme the "Clear Theme cache" button appears (which I've didn't know existed in fact, lol) but clicking it just returns to this same page.
I used Firefox 3.6.12 on Mac, so I don't think it's a browser issue?
Having upgraded to Moodle 2.0 (Build: 20101202) it seems to be working OK again now
