Hi. We are using Moodle 1.9.5 and have been experiencing a strange (and random) issue. Every so often, we have a quiz or two hide itself without anyone touching it. Does anyone know what could be the problem? I searched but could not find anything on these forums. Thanks in advance!

"The problem is that if a ending date is not set for the quiz, and the option for showing scores during a quiz is not enabled, then the gradebook item is hidden."
If this is your issue, try some of the suggestions there (like changing quiz settings). Hopefully it will help.
Thanks for the reply, Elena. We do set ending dates/times for all of our quizzes, so this might not apply.
So that other people can use this as reference, Elena was right. We had a close date for the quiz but the "scores" checkboxes were unchecked. Thanks Elena!
In Moodle2.6, it is not 'Scores;, it is 'Marks'.
