I want to use TinyMCE3 editor, to replace the HTML editor in Moodle, but I don't know how to install properly. Hope everyone commenting!

Yes, I don't know how to install moodle19-tinymce3.patch file (or convert filetype patch) and add-in into Moodle.

The instructions are easiest to follow for those who have experience with Unix/Linux systems.

On Windows you can apply the patch with the same patch program as on Linux, but you need to download it from some sites. If you do not like the patch command line tool, then you can use graphical tools like TortoiseSVN or the Eclipse IDE.
