MIS Import tool by CLEO: MIS Upload Users problem...

I've followed the instructions here:

Installed the patches - OK

But when I try and Import users I just get a blank page.

The page it tries to link to is : http://"myipaddress"/local/cleo_mis/cleo_mis_uploadusers.php

The URL changes to this but then I just get a blank page...

help?


I have turned on PHP debugging and the error returned now is:


Catchable fatal error: Object of class admin_root could not be converted to string in /var/www/moodle/admin/pagelib.php on line 149

Hi,

I think this is caused by some recent changes in adminlib (since 1.9.3, now present in 1.9.4).

I just spent a few minutes quickly hacking up a patch fixing this here, though I haven't thoroughly tested it:

I will try and push this to cvs (and thus in the download package when its next rebuilt) soon.

bit of a newbie to linux so have no idea unless it's written down and I just follow the notes.

well I sorted it and patched my Moodle and have followed all the instructions in setting up the users and courses...

just need to work out what to do next.
