I want to install moodle on free web space.
The space is hyperphp.
I already upload moodle and run "install.php".
It outputs this screen.
How could i solve this problem?

You didn't say you created the data directory. Did you? Does it have the right permissions? See http://docs.moodle.org/en/Installing_Moodle#Creating_the_data_directory

In addition to what Richard said you may find some other problems with that free host - following the links of Technical support and Knowledge base of your host you should find http://byet.net/showthread.php?t=2162
and those disabled functions can make using moodle difficult. You may be able to install moodle but it's not fully functional.
