Espero que haya mayor accesabilidad en español-México, ya que me dificulto encontrar esta opción, y las ligas que se desprenden de este sean más claras.

Hello!

In "alpha.css" there are all elements listed where .png image is being used...

Is there any easier way to list them, couse i have used png images in tons of elements it's kinda hard to list them all. smile

For example how to make so that alpha transparency would work in every element.

Thanks in advance ;)

I have added Moodle to my computer here at home. Is there an address to my page to access the page from another computer? When I put in Localhost I get the main page on the sever but not from any other computer.

A quick note from a client on feedback 1.7, we've noticed that questions longer than 55 characters get a little funky in the excel export. Easily fixed. Also the ability to delete templates would be a nice feature.
Thanks for this helpful tool!

I'm trying it on my 1.6.3 and it seems fine on the front page, but the feedback block doesn't link to the feedback activities and so just remains empty. Any ideas what is going on?

feedback tables could NOT be set up successfully!

Any ideas?

Can an administrator view the names/details of the students (who filled in the feedback form) in the analysis section of feedback feature? I am using the feedback module on moodle 1.7 beta 2

Hi
I have just started using Feeback and after a very simple installation its working perfectly.
This module fits many of my needs and provides the flexibility I need for some very varied applications. Thanks.

Can anyone help me? I have chosenthe Longer Text Answer option but the feedback only appears if it does not exceed a certain amount of characters. Is there any way to increase this allowed number of characters because it allows you to type in your feedback but if it exceeds the unknown maximum number, the feedback just appears blank!

Great activity/block, but the Excel's feedback download seem to lack any real data - no names of people take course or text questions and/or answers. Could someone help?

Thanks - great module!
The only problem is that I can't import/export as xml. I installed the latest on Moodle 1.6.6+ There was no import.php file in the /mod/feedback/ directory. Do I get this from somewhere else? I have seen it documented elsewhere.

Can you import/export on 1.6.6?

After installation and adding a feedback activity I had the same prob as Luke - logging out and back in again worked for me - the question panel is then available - moodle 1.9.2+

Yup - logout and login and it's all there big grin

Nice module, good documentation too in readme but needs to be amended by noting:

After uploading blocks to directories go to moodle front page and on the admin panel (on the left in 1.9.2) click on 'notifications' links to run the install.

Troubleshooting:
If after install you can create a feedback activity but can't see the questions types please logout and then login again and all features will be available.

In version 1.9.x when i create a "multiple choice" like shown in the picture, when users select all the options, the last one is ignored.
I tested it twice and the error repeats itself?!

Hi, all:

In the end of last year, I've translated the version for Moodle 1.9 to portuguese:

http://www.ginux.ufla.br/files/feedback_19-pt_br_utf8.zip

Need some reviews, but we are using this translation and it helped so much!

I have translated this module to polish language (i use Moodle 1.9.3+ version). You can download translated file here: feedback.php.gz

It needs to be extracted to moodledata/lang/pl_utf8_local folder

Hi
Not sure if programming bug should be report here, but I discovered a php notice:

Undefined variable: feedbackid in [path to moodle]/mod/feedback/lib.php on line 251

The problem is that feedback_set_events() called $feedbackid but only $feedback was passed into the function. Possible fix is setting $feedback->id before function call and use it instead of $feedbackid.

I'm trying to move from the Questionnaire module to the feedback module and I'm running into some styling issues. One example is the Rating Question Type. In Questionnaire, I get questions that look like this:

However, when I create a similar question type in Feedback it comes out like this:

Obviously the first presentation is much more appealing. What I want know is are there ways to clean up the Feedback module to give a better appearance. Any ideas?

Picture of Judy Bartlett

I'm having a similar problem - there doesn't seem to be a way of easily creating those popular rating style questions. The Questionnaire module let you set the option names once, then set multiple statements with the same options. Very handy for likert scale-type questions. So far I've found no way of doing this with feedback.

We're using 1.9 -anyone know if this option will be in the inbuilt feedback module in Moodle 2.0?

Picture of Hartmut Scherer
by Hartmut Scherer - Saturday, October 3, 2009, 09:27 AM

To Nate and Judy:

I like to use the feedback module and tried out a bit. In WordPerfect I set up the scale like this:
Strongly disagree
<span style="background-color: rgb(204, 204, 204);">Disagree<span>
Uncertain
<span style="background-color: rgb(204, 204, 204);">Agree<span>
Strongly agree

Sample Scale Styled
You can copy this scale as often as you like from your text program. I admit that this is only a workaround, but I still like it.

I have installed this module in 1.9.4. It works perfectly, the Analysis tab is fantastic. Exactly what we were looking for. I really appreciate the hard work done to develop this module.
