I think key are users of MySql... in my case, only root user could access to DB... And we are inside moodle, as admin, trying to access to Mysql DB, which maybe don't recognize it like its own root user or one of its users...

Hi, we  just started using this module and we are having 2 problems:

1. Only the teacher can see/hear the audio annoucement. The students can not. I looked for a way to assign roles, but no luck. Any ideas? Also, it looks like there is an assignment listed (shows view 1), but I click on it and nothing happens.

2. I'm having trouble hearing my file on playback. The file name is listed, but I can't hear anything. My speakers are OK, I checked them. Thoughts?

Great mod but I just upgraded to the latest version and lost the AJAX popup effect that was there prior to the install. Before I start sifting through the code to find a fix is there anything simple I must do to get this working again?

• OLD line 49: choose_from_menu(format_text_menu(), 'format', $form->format, '');
• NEW line 49: choose_from_menu(format_text_menu(), 'format', (isset($form->format) ? $form->format : FORMAT_MOODLE), '');

This is very interesting. Unfortunately I do not know what I am doing.

I see that there are different files for different versions of Moodle, but they are all named questionnaire.zip.
It would be better to have the version number on the name, so they don't overwrite each other when downloading two or more of them.

Hi Mike, I have a problem. I just can´t define who answer de quesntionnaire! in the fild "response options" -> "respondent eligibility" show me "(replaced by role override)" dont´t show me options like Student. my moodle is 1.9.1+ . can you help me?

I have the same problem as Lewis:

"I just upgraded to the latest version and lost the AJAX popup effect that was there prior to the install. " Clicking on images in the gallery just opens them in a new window. Its not browser dependent, I tested it in IE and FF. I do have AJAX enabled in Moodle.

I realized that mp3 player doesn't show when you add mp3 files to books.
and dictionary option doesn't work on that either. but both works on other resources. Do I have to change something on the book?

Hi I've got the same problem as Mahtab Buckari. I followed all the steps to install cord but no courses are avilable even though I set the price in all the possibilities paypal, course ordering and invoicing, authorize.net. What can I do?

Does anyone know how to add a reCaptcha element to this contact block?
I want to have a general "Contact Us" form for all site visitors not just enrolled students. So having a recaptcha element will help with spam.

Just one small problem when I put the mods in to use nanogong in the editor I get a weblib.php error around line 5147 with a corrosponding error in .../courses/lib.php around line 1950

I've been trying to get the hosted 123flashchat to work for the past couple of weeks with no luck. I simply want to guest autologin as with the free 123flashchat, where it passes the moodle username but doesn't require a password (but I want the private hosted chat, of course). For the life of me, I can't figure out how to do this, and there is a language barrier communicating my needs to 123flashchat support. They have an autologin FAQ, but their instructions don't work. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe I can pass the value of the MOODLEID_ cookie somehow?
