Block: Resource Zipper (improved resource downloader)

This block is coded for moodle 1.9.2 and was not tested on other versions but is likely to be compatible to other versions as well.
This Block is a improvement of the "resource downloader" block. You can now download each directory and all directly linked resoures of a course as one zip file.
If you download the directly linked files as zip, their names appear now in the zip file instead of the original filenames which are likely to differ from the discription you entered in Moodle. (See screenshot) So students are not confused by other filenames after downloading the zip.
