i tried your module..both..block and activity....though it seems really cool but i stuck on sign up page

i got nothing here...only blank page when i select wiziq as an activity....it redirects me to this auto.php file...where nothing show up... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am using 1.8 .... in firefox...

I installed the Wiziq plugin today and have EXACTLY the same problem.
I am using Moodle 1.8.2.
Only a noob on Moodle, a few months playing with it.

Tried in both Opera and Firefox browsers but I suspect there's something not configured correctly on the server... that the moodle installation is not getting to the sign in page on wiziq.

Hopefully the gods of moodle will take pity and grant us a solution (-:

I have managed to install the Moodle side of things - when adding the activity to a course I am getting -

This module cannot be added to this course yet! (No file found at: )

Does anyone have this problem, or know of a solution?

I can not think which file it is trying to find - as theres no readme file saying additonal install instructions...

I successfully installed it. When I try to set it up in a course, a blank screen is shown. I did try some fixes that were on the web but none worked.

If anyone knows the solution please let me know.

I would really like to add this feature.

WiZiQ Live Class module has been updated. The new version only fixes installation issues and does not include any enhancements or changes in functionality. So we highly recommend that if you are not facing any problem with your current installation, you need not change to the latest version. Please see this blog post for more information.

I installed WiZiQ and it worked 1 week. Afterwards I keep getting the message:

I reinstalled WiZiQ, but the error persists. I saw more people complaining about that, but no clear answer. Can anyone help me?

Great teaching tool!!! I've sucessfully installed it and it works fine. There are two issues though:

1. My students don't speak english and most of them weren't albe to get through your registratios process. They speak Portuguese. My suggestions:
a. add several world language options for none-english speakers
b. better: use the same login info from Moodle
c. wave the login procedures for students and only require it from teachers

2. When I try to schedule the class, I get a +13 time zone difference and I have to always calculate a 16 hour diference, which is very cumbersome. My Moodel is set to -3 and so is my computer. I have also set my preferences at your site to -3, but that didn't affect the +13 at class creation.

i have installed wiziq and it is properly working in the local machine(local server).while it is uploaded to the main server it is not working and the following error occurs.

i have istalled wiziq and i had same problem like you , but i asked from wiziq support team and they guide me very well and now it working , attention your servwer php version must be 5 or upper . thanks
